Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flagship facility in Karachi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high-quality service standards, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial & Business Performance
    • Oversight of P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting
    • Driving revenue growth through room occupancy, food & beverage sales, and event bookings
    • Optimizing cost management while maintaining quality standards
    • Implementation of data-driven strategies to improve RevPAR, ADR, and EBITDA
  • Sales, Marketing & Business Development
    • Development and execution of sales strategy to attract corporate clients, long-term guests, and event bookings
    • Building partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and influencers to enhance visibility
    • Collaboration with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and online presence
    • Overseeing direct booking strategy, ensuring a strong online presence on OTAs and the hotel's website
  • Operations & Guest Experience
    • Maintenance of high-quality service standards for rooms, café, and events
    • Implementation of guest feedback mechanisms to enhance customer experience and increase ratings
    • Management of facility maintenance and compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Recruitment, training, and management of staff across front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and events
    • Establishment of KPIs and performance review systems for all employees
    • Fostering a culture of hospitality, service excellence, and teamwork
    • Compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
  • Property & Facility Management
    • Ensuring the facility is well-maintained, with regular inspections and preventive maintenance plans
    • Management of vendor relationships for supplies, repairs, and operational needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or premium hospitality brands
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
  • Proven ability to drive sales and marketing efforts in the hospitality sector
  • Experience in operations management, team leadership, and service quality enhancement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a diverse team effectively
  • Strong understanding of property management systems (PMS), OTAs, and revenue management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
