We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing technical guidance and support to customers. Your expertise will be essential in helping us deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on a range of technical issues related to smart cards and BPS products and services.\
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.\
  • Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions to meet customer requirements.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new technical solutions.\
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on technical aspects of our products and services.\
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers and attend industry events to stay connected with the community.\
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and drive growth.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and technical issue resolutions.\
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.\
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical consulting environment.\
  • Strong understanding of smart card technology and BPS products and services.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.\
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.\
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Urdu an advantage.\
  • Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
