Role Overview

This role involves supporting product management, strategy execution, portfolio growth, customer engagement, product innovation, and cross-functional collaboration within Mastercard's Cards Portfolio. The candidate will manage complex projects, develop market-driven products, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio growth and customer lifecycle engagement.
  • Support strategy development for credit card growth and customer campaigns.
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product roll-out and performance monitoring.
  • Lead large-scale projects from initiation to benefits realization.

Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of experience in cards product management.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry and project management skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Regional experience (GCC preferred).
  • Fluency in local language and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel.
