Our organization is seeking an experienced Travel Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing tour packages, developing holiday itineraries, and providing exceptional customer support throughout the trip.

About the Role

This position requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.

  1. Create customized tour packages for clients based on their preferences and requirements.
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote tour packages and increase sales.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, hotels, coach companies, and restaurants to ensure timely and efficient delivery of tour services.
  4. Provide excellent customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to tour operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in tour operations, travel sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with wholesale booking systems and travel software.
  • Command of English language for effective communication with foreign suppliers.
