Job Title: Operations Excellence Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Global Supply Planning team. The successful candidate will lead a team of factory employees, enhancing their skills and ensuring smooth supply operations.

About the Role

As an Operations Excellence Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing team performance and development, ensuring manufacturing processes meet quality and safety standards, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead manufacturing teams, applying expertise in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing operations with supply chain strategies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency.
The Skills for Success:

To succeed in this role, you will need significant manufacturing experience, with expertise in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis. Proven leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and team leadership. A problem-solving mindset focused on process improvement and business acumen with supply chain and production optimization expertise are also required.
