Job Overview

A highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist is required to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media content writing, and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and reach.
  2. Campaign Performance Analysis: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Trend Identification: Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance across various digital channels.
  4. Innovation: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing to stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  6. Conversion Optimization: Identify critical conversion and drop-off points and optimize the user funnels to improve overall customer journey.
Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing.
  2. At least 3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing.
  3. Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM advertising campaigns.
  4. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  5. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  6. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
  7. Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  8. Experience in setting up/optimizing PPC/GDN/YT campaigns.
  9. Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
