About This Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analyze salary data to inform compensation decisions
  • Design and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
