Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze salary data to inform compensation decisions
- Design and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
