
Account Growth Manager

This role is a crucial component of driving business expansion through existing and new client relationships. The primary objective is to exceed revenue targets by developing and executing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive sales plans aligned with the company's overall sales objectives, focusing on optimum revenue growth.
- Foster strong client relationships at the senior management level, expanding industry connections and opportunities.
- Create strategic account plans that outline clear growth strategies for each account, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Identify new projects and develop project pipelines to convert prospective clients into potential customers.
- Closely work with the Supervisor to clarify disqualification of accounts, discounting limits & pricing.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction by coordinating with team members on deployment plans and working with clients.
- Collaborate with solutions and services departments to deliver high-quality products and services on time.
- Prepare financial proposals for clients in coordination with the project management office, also handling client coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in BCS or BBA-MIS, with Master's/MBA-MIS preferred; 3-4 years of proven IT sales experience.
- Proven experience leading virtual account teams-field sales, technical specialists, partners, and guiding them towards a shared vision/strategy.
- Awareness of business drivers within various vertical industry markets.
- Understanding of Microsoft technologies.
- Potential to drive business value through sales in a technology environment.
- Knowledge of commercial sector, telecom, and financial services domains.
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
