As a Commercial Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion with our customers. You will be responsible for developing strong executive relationships and a deep understanding of their businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of your commercial clients' operations to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to align customer pain points with the solution, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to the unique needs of each account, showcasing the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize growth opportunities for customers.
  • Manage contract renewals and minimize churn, ensuring maximum revenue retention through proactive communication and strategic account planning.
  • Proactively resolve issues by identifying root causes, determining the best course of action, and implementing solutions.
  • Strategically plan to meet and exceed sales goals and revenue quotas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or in-depth exposure to B2B customers.
  • 4+ years of relevant or transferable work experience in sales or account management.
  • Demonstrated success in complex deal management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the capacity to manage both internal stakeholders and customer executives.
