  • A proven track record as a business development manager or equivalent role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development within the software industry.
  • Excellent sales performance and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong communication, time management, and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-level negotiations.
