Are you seeking a new challenge in finance? We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Accountant to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Record Management:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, perform data entry tasks, and prepare invoices, expense reports, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable under supervision.

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Prepare basic financial reports and statements while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist in audit preparation by organizing supporting documents.

Cross-Department Coordination:

  • Work with procurement, sales, and operations teams to collect and verify financial data.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team when required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is essential.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of accounting experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and possess basic knowledge of accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn are a must.

Other Details:

  • This role is based in Karachi Division, Pakistan.
  • Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm (Pakistan Standard Time), Sunday to Friday.
  • Employees will attend the office physically from Monday to Friday and may avail one extra hybrid day per week, subject to prior alignment with their direct manager.
  • The selected candidate will report directly to the Accountant / Lead Accountant.
