Our team is seeking a skilled Oracle EPM Administrator to join our Digital Transformation department. This role will be based in our Centers of Excellence and will cater to client engagements across the MENA region.

The successful candidate will specialize in Oracle EPM modules, working closely with clients to support them in making strategic and operational decisions about their businesses. They will be a trusted business advisor, leveraging technology-based solutions to deliver business outcomes for our clients.

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong delivery track record in Enterprise Resource Planning, with expertise in configuring, testing, and suggesting best practices for Oracle EPM modules. Experience with implementation of Oracle Hyperion (On Premise) along with Oracle EPM will be preferred.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as finance, accounting, computer science or engineering is required. You should also have 2-3 implementations of Oracle EPM and 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on technology-enabled finance transformation and broader finance and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, test, and suggest best practices for Oracle EPM modules.
  • Implement Oracle Hyperion (On Premise) along with Oracle EPM.
  • Develop metadata, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Integrate EPM with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud).

  • Dealing with competing priorities, understanding how to manage resources, and communicating effectively are key skills.
  • Strong knowledge of EPM tools and processes including financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation.
  • Expertise in Smart View, data management, and data integration tools (e.g., Data Management/FDMEE).
