The Opportunity

This role is within a Digital Transformation team, providing advisory services focused on ERP enablement, selection, roadmap development for Oracle Fusion Financials migration, enterprise asset management, and quality assurance of ongoing implementation.

Our team seeks an experienced consultant to leverage technology-based solutions, delivering business outcomes for clients across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

As a trusted advisor, you will specialize in Oracle EPM modules, working closely with clients to support strategic and operational decisions. You will work as part of a problem-solving team with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients address complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proactivity, accountability, and results-driven approach.
  • Effective prioritization, resource management, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or engineering.
  • 2-3 implementations of Oracle EPM.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in technology-enabled finance transformation and broader finance and systems.
  • Exceptional candidates may be considered for Senior Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of EPM tools and processes, including financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation.
  • Expertise in Smart View, data management, and integration tools.
  • Experience designing metadata, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Experience integrating EPM with ERP systems.
  • Established work experience in the Oracle practice, with knowledge of implementation of Oracle EPM modules.
  • Ability to configure, test, and suggest best practices for Oracle EPM modules.
  • Experience with implementation of Oracle Hyperion (On Premise) along with Oracle EPM preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide as project requirements dictate.
  • Track record with a leading consulting firm.
