Expert Finance Transformation Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation Manager to join our Digital Transformation team. This role involves working closely with clients across the MENA region to deliver strategic business outcomes through technology-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Enterprise Resource Planning and a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation. They should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in designing metadata, forms, reports, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in Oracle EPM modules and work with clients to support them in making informed decisions about their businesses.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and provide expert advice on finance transformation and broader finance systems.
  • Collaborate with a team of problem solvers to help clients address complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technology-enabled finance transformation and broader finance systems.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful projects in the Oracle practice, including implementation of Oracle EPM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of EPM tools and processes, including financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation.
  • Experience in integrating EPM with ERP systems and designing metadata, forms, reports, and dashboards.
