We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge features that directly influence how students and advisors interact with their academic journey.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that enhance the educational experience for students worldwide. You'll lead the delivery of impactful projects, prioritize student and advisor needs, and maintain high standards for code quality following best practices like accessibility and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of impactful projects, ensuring minimal disruptions and efficient delivery.
  • Prioritize student and advisor needs, driving meaningful impact in academic decision-making.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, following best practices like accessibility (WCAG 2.2) and security (OWASP Top 10).
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engage in customer discussions to ensure alignment with project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Database Management: Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with ElasticSearch and AWS is a plus.
  • Testing & Code Quality: Experience with automated testing tools like PyTest, Jest, or Cypress, as well as CI/CD pipelines.
  • Project Delivery: Proven track record of delivering impactful projects in close collaboration with PMs and designers, measuring real-world outcomes.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Ability to take full responsibility for delivering high-impact projects, ensuring top-notch quality, and meeting deadlines.
