About the Role

This key strategist will play a pivotal role in how Motive achieves successful technical engagements during the pre-sales process. The ideal candidate must understand customer business needs and craft solutions that align with those needs.

Key responsibilities include partnering with Sales and Customer Success to present tailored solutions, assisting with change management, and supporting successful implementation of telematics solutions in customer fleets.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales: Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs and delivering compelling solutions.
  • Develop Strategies: Create and deliver customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement & Change Management: Guide clients through the change management process during telematics implementation, offering strategies for smooth adoption and integration into fleet operations.
  • Support Sales Processes: Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and operations aligned with overall business goals.
  • Sales Collateral: Work with Post Sales Operations to maintain and update sales collateral and resources.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor effectiveness of sales initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
