Key Performance Improvement Specialist Role

The role of Key Performance Improvement Specialist involves shaping and implementing strategic business performance improvement solutions.

As a key member of the Client Services Team, you will contribute to the success of PDG in three critical areas:

  • Creating solution concepts for proposals and sales pursuits based on client needs identified during meetings and document review.
  • Architecting solutions as part of client engagements, leveraging data gathered during discovery processes.
  • Overseeing solution buildout to ensure requirements are met, providing input and guidance to the team.

This role requires a deep understanding of performance improvement strategies and the ability to create measurement frameworks, implementation plans, communication strategies, sustainability initiatives, and change management programs. The ideal candidate will partner with our sales team to perform a deep dive into client business needs, brainstorm solutions, and prescribe recommendations to address challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Leadership, Sales, and Account Management teams to identify clients who would benefit from solution services and develop strategies for client pursuits.
  • Guide the sales team through goal definition, opportunity identification, and design of business performance solutions using problem-solving principles and experience.
  • Determine the performance needs of the target audience and how those needs align with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze complex programs and make recommendations to streamline and enhance the audience experience.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership & Development, or commensurate work experience.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in solution design, performance consulting, human performance technology, change management, and/or adult learning and development.
  • Significant experience in the Life Sciences industry, either as an employee or a partner to the industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.

Travel Requirements: This role may require travel for client meetings, company/team meetings, and industry events.
