Job Description:

The Inside Solutions Architect is a presales technical expert who leads the consultative discovery of clients' business goals and objectives, translating them into effective technology solutions.

This role supports the sales process by designing and recommending advanced security solutions tailored to customer needs, working closely with sales teams, customers, and vendor partners to ensure technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales teams in presales activities, including gathering customer requirements and supporting solution design.
  • Develop a working knowledge of security platforms such as firewall solutions, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, security operations tools (SIEM/SOAR), and vulnerability management solutions.
  • Participate in discovery calls to understand customer needs and contribute to appropriate security solution designs.
  • Support the identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the security solution portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
  • At least one vendor competency certification in cybersecurity solutions such as Cisco Security, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Microsoft Security, or other industry-recognized platforms is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a sales and/or IT security implementation/support role.
  • Basic understanding of security concepts and solutions, including network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and identity protection.
