Job Title: Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in team management, sales and marketing strategies, ROI analysis, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of marketing and sales professionals to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand presence and market share.
  • Analyze return on investment (ROI) and profit and loss (P&L) statements for the business unit.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, preferably with strong background in team management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in reporting and analysis tools, customer relationship management, and teamwork.
