Drive Solar Sales Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to drive solar sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of solar PV solutions and experience in collaborating with technical and project teams.

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial solar sectors.
    • - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and industry stakeholders.
    • - Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Sales Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • - Assist the Sales Manager in formulating and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
    • - Work closely with marketing, technical, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Technical Sales & Proposal Management:
    • - Collaborate with the technical team to develop accurate and customized solar system proposals.
    • - Ensure sales presentations include technical feasibility, ROI analysis, and financing options.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
    • - Stay updated with the latest solar industry trends, technologies, and government policies.
    • - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
  • Client Negotiation & Relationship Management:
    • - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
    • - Address client concerns and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or Engineering.
  • - 2 years of experience in the solar industry, preferably in sales or business development.
  • - Proven track record in B2B and B2C solar sales.
