About the Role:

Alliance Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Associate Director – Sponsorships to lead all efforts related to sponsorship acquisition and relationship management for our upcoming tech networking series. This role is critical to the financial success and scalability of our event and offers a commission-based compensation structure based on the sponsorship revenue you secure.

This is a high-ownership, entrepreneurial opportunity for someone with strong business development instincts, networks in the corporate sector, and a passion for advancing Pakistan's tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sponsorship Strategy Development: Identify key industries and companies aligned with the event's mission. Develop customized sponsorship packages and pitch decks.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Proactively reach out to C-level decision-makers, corporate partners, and potential sponsors.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, finalize sponsorship deals, and ensure timely closure of agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with sponsors, deliver on sponsorship benefits, and ensure long-term relationship building.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly updates to the Project Director on progress, pipelines, and challenges.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in sponsorship sales, fundraising, or corporate partnerships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and target-oriented.
  • Well-connected in corporate, tech, or media sectors in Pakistan.
  • Comfortable representing the event to senior stakeholders.
  • Performance-Based Compensation: You will receive major percentage of the net remaining funds after event expenses as your primary compensation.
  • Leadership certificate from Alliance Pakistan.
