Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of sales managers, and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify property trends and new market opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales managers to achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other companies to drive business growth.
  • Sales Analysis: Track, collate, and interpret sales figures to inform future business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate Project Sales with at least 2-3 years in a head or director position.
  • Experience working with overseas Pakistani clients.
  • Ability to set up events and roadshows to engage with customers.
