Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Site Operations Manager to oversee daily site activities, maintain high standards of quality, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This includes setting clear goals, tracking milestones, and conducting regular site inspections to guarantee quality control and adherence to design specifications.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in project management software and tools, knowledge of accounting principles related to project costs, and the ability to problem-solve and work under pressure.

  • Manage daily site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Set clear goals and track milestones to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.

The role also involves educating workers on construction standards, site safety, and company procedures, interpreting and executing tasks according to blueprints, layout plans, and design drawings, maintaining accurate daily logs of work progress, issues, and material usage, and coordinating the timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid site delays.

The successful candidate will ensure cleanliness, worker safety, and compliance with all local building codes and regulations, liaise with clients or designers (if needed) to communicate site progress or concerns, and identify and resolve on-site issues by collaborating with the design and management team.
