Workplace Experience Lead

A high-level role leading the delivery of workplace services to multiple sites. Key responsibilities include people management, client management, contract management, finance management, health and safety management, and site operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership for a site's Workplace Services team.
  • Mentor and enable training and development of team members.
  • Identify and fill staffing needs.
  • Nurture an environment conducive to good teamwork and cooperation among colleagues.
Client Management
  • Strive to 'delight' clients in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Interact regularly with P&G Digital Workplace and Facilities Services Manager and on-site client personnel to discuss ongoing service delivery and forward planning.
Site Operations Management
  • Deliver services as defined in the relevant Schedules of the Master Agreement, ensuring implementation and compliance with Best Practice procedures.
  • Report critical and key performance measurements and achieve targets.
  • Ensure Account Management is informed immediately of any Critical Performance incidents on site.
  • Complete all required audits and CSA's and achieve targets.
  • Provide appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and management reports as required.
  • Maintain sound management relationships with third-party tenants and/or property owners as necessary.
  • Provide a responsive and proactive service via seamless interface with all involved parties.
  • Understand all aspects of leases/licenses that may impact property operations.
  • Collaborate with Client and Manager to develop and implement improved/new processes that improve service to the client and/or reduce costs.
  • Act as single point of contact for managing projects on site.
  • Regularly review and maintain Site SOPs and Playbooks in relevant record management systems.
Health and Safety Management
  • Ensure the site meets all legal and client-required H&S regulations.
  • Ensure JLL staff are working in compliance with H&S regulations.
  • Ensure all HS&E documentation for sites is updated and kept relevant.
Finance Management
  • Ensure the site meets all financial targets and control requirements.
  • Provide standard monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and management reports as required.
