Solar Site Lead Position

EcoEnergy Solutions is seeking a motivated and qualified Solar Site Lead for solar installations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of solar site construction operations, prioritizing personnel safety and managing multiple subcontractors.
  • Review work schedules and maintain project availability while ensuring effective communication with the management team.
  • Train and ensure the safety of all technicians, applying knowledge of renewable energy and solar technology.
Requirements:
  • Degree with 1+ years' experience or Diploma with 3+ years' experience in renewable energy and solar technology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to perform basic electrical calculations and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow independently with minimal supervision and effectively communicate with people at all levels.
Work Environment:

Frequent visits to EcoEnergy installation sites. Flexible working hours and location.
