IT Leadership Position

As a seasoned IT professional, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our company's IT infrastructure, software development, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with management to establish and implement effective IT strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire software implementation lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ensure the smooth operation and support of the IT infrastructure, including network devices, servers, and peripherals.
  • Maintain and improve existing systems, applications, and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with latest branded routers & switches, precision hardware, and various handheld devices is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and other relevant technologies.
