Senior Financial Planning Analyst

The role of a Business Development Manager involves collaborating with various departments to create comprehensive budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with stakeholders to assess needs and provide financial insights that inform budget decisions.
- Tracking financial performance against established KPIs and benchmarks.
- Conducting variance analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Preparing accurate, timely financial reports and utilizing Management Information Systems (MIS) to deliver insightful reports that facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
- Supporting the finance team in its digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and implementing new tools, processes, and systems.
The ideal candidate should be a CA Finalist with at least 02 years of working experience in FP&A, preferably in an ERP environment.
SkillsMust be proficient in MS Office, preferably should have a good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and possess good analytical and management skills.
