Technical Systems Support Specialist

Pursuing a career in technical support, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and applications.
The role involves providing assistance to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and support teams to manage systems support, testing, and releases.
- Attend to systems support cases, prioritizing and resolving them according to SLA, escalating as necessary.
- Manage the helpdesk, triaging and assigning support cases to relevant individuals, tracking progress to ensure completion within SLA.
- Perform technical development related to support cases under project manager or support manager guidance.
- Build reports using Salesforce or other reporting tools.
- Conduct systems component testing, including User Acceptance Testing, arranging demo sessions for users.
- Collect user feedback and share it with developers.
- Prepare user training manuals on time and up to standard.
- Plan and manage system module deployments to all offices and departments, organizing demos and workshops as necessary.
- Participate in requirements analysis for new functionalities or modules.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Able to learn quickly and possess good teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce (desirable).
- 0-2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Fluent English written and spoken, additional languages a bonus.
