Lead Production Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our production team, managing project workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse team of designers, animators, developers, and other creative staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement efficient production processes, tools, and systems to optimize productivity and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align on client expectations and goals.
  • Manage resource allocation across multiple ongoing projects, balancing workload and deadlines.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Media Production, or Business Management (or equivalent experience).
  • 8–12 years of experience in production management, preferably in a design/creative/advertising agency serving international clients.
  • Proven experience leading large, diverse creative/production teams.
  • Strong knowledge of design tools, production workflows, and digital media.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
