Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production line. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets while promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers on the production line.
  • Ensure production schedules and targets are met efficiently.
  • Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage resources (materials, manpower, and machines) to optimize output.
  • Record and report daily production data to management.
  • Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Matric/ Inter / Diploma.
  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing/production line environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
