Machine Operator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced machine operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment in our workshop.

As a machine operator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery, including performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out repairs when necessary.

You will also be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in the workshop
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery
  • Troubleshoot issues with machinery and carry out repairs when necessary
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of operating and maintaining machinery safely and effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
