**Executive Assistant for Email Management**

Synopsis:

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to manage email communications and assist with daily operations.

This role is crucial in ensuring smooth correspondence with clients, partners, and other stakeholders while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.

  1. Manage full-cycle email communication, including responding, organizing, and following up on queries related to Amazon Seller Support.
  2. Handle correspondence with suppliers, clients, and other external parties.
  3. Assist in scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
  4. Ensure timely follow-ups on pending emails and critical issues.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant and possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

They should also have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Proficiency in Gmail, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools is required.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central (managing cases, resolving issues, handling disputes).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with an agency or seller that utilizes Amazon case management and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with client communications and scheduling.
