We are seeking a dynamic and driven business development specialist to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. This role is perfect for ambitious professionals who want to build a career in freelance platforms and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and submit high-quality proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create customized proposals that meet client requirements.
- Meet monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- 0–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding/lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
