We are seeking a skilled and driven project acquisition specialist to join our business development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing high-quality projects on various freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue relevant project opportunities across Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
  • Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements, demonstrating exceptional writing and persuasion skills.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure project feasibility and success.
  • Maintain and optimize company profiles on freelance platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and exposure.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships, generating repeat business and driving growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly project acquisition targets, contributing to the team's overall success.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective client interaction.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, including web, mobile, WordPress, Laravel, Flutter, and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional negotiation, closing, and client handling skills, ensuring project success.
  • CRM experience is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred:
  • IT sales or business development experience, providing valuable industry insights.
  • Familiarity with Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Toptal, and other prominent freelance platforms.
  • Understanding of pricing models and project estimations, enabling informed decision-making.
