Business Development Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to support the growth of our business by expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence in Canada.

  • Identify and cultivate potential leads for various financial services via Outbound Calling and Online Digital Strategies, ensuring a professional and positive representation of our clients.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand Canadian financial markets, identify potential customer needs and trends, and develop targeted marketing strategies to meet these needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong online presence for clients through strategic digital marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation.
  • Engage with potential leads through various communication channels, providing timely and effective responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Accurately record and maintain lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales pipeline, using metrics and analytics to measure progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Regularly track and report on lead generation and brand management activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or brand management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with an emphasis on Canadian markets and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global remote team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
