Job Title: Civil Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Operations Manager to join our team.

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of construction techniques, civil drawings, and quality control procedures. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily site activities, resolving technical issues, and coordinating between contractors, labor teams, and the project management office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Site Supervision: Oversee on-site civil works, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
  • Day-to-Day Management: Manage daily site activities, resolve technical issues, and coordinate between contractors, labor teams, and the project management office.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all work is executed following safety protocols, construction codes, and quality benchmarks.
  • Material Management: Verify and record site material deliveries, monitor stock levels, and ensure efficient resource allocation on-site.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain proper site records including daily progress reports, labor deployment records, inspection checklists, and as-built drawings.
Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) – Civil or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of relevant site supervision experience in real estate construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, civil drawings, and quality control procedures.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, site safety regulations, and documentation protocols.
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD for reading and interpreting construction drawings.
