Technical Support Specialist

This role involves providing top-notch support to customers across various regions, primarily in the UK and USA.

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, offering guidance via calls/emails, and assisting with software installations or training.

  • Provide expert technical assistance to customers, resolving their issues efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Product Development team to resolve complex issues.
  • Troubleshoot systems, diagnose, and resolve hardware or software faults.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate expertise in software and support.
  • Prior experience in a similar support role is advantageous.
  • Exhibit excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Showcase an extroverted personality.
  • Display strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • A plus if you have knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP).

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Networks, Databases, GPRS, GPS, and VoIP.
  • Prior experience in the Software/IT industry.
