Technical Support Consultant (Inbound calls - UK & USA)

  • Provide support to customers primarily in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia.
  • Handle customer queries, provide guidance via calls/emails, and assist with software installations or training.
  • Coordinate with the Product Development team for issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot systems, diagnose, and resolve hardware or software faults.
  • Assist prospects in resolving their issues.

Required Experience:

  • Knowledge of software/support.
  • Experience in a support role is advantageous.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Extroverted personality.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Good interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP) is a plus.

Required Education:

  • Graduation in Computer Science (Mandatory)

Highly Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Networks, Databases, GPRS, GPS, and VoIP.
  • Experience in the Software/IT industry.
