Job Title: IT Service Management Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Service Management (ITSM) specialist to support the delivery of IT service management projects based on ITIL best practices. The ideal candidate should possess a foundational understanding of ITSM concepts and have hands-on experience in implementing or operating ITSM processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 20000-based IT Service Management Systems (ITSM) or ITIL framework.
2. Support service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements.
3. Help in documenting and maintaining ITSM policies, procedures, and processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management).
4. Participate in internal audits and assist clients in preparing for external certification audits.

Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ISO 20000 Foundation, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
3. Experience: 1-2 years in ITSM or related roles.
4. Basic understanding of ISO 20000, ITIL service management principles, and ITSM tools.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.
