As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for articulating our technology and solutions to both business and technical users. This role involves providing technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customer requirements, designing solutions, consulting with technical teams, and supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our solutions and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Attend meetings to determine technical and business requirements, ensuring seamless communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Create engaging product demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Provide timely and effective technical solutions, meeting customer expectations and driving sales success.
  • Train sales teams on our solutions, empowering them to effectively communicate the benefits to customers.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to gather feedback and identify new feature opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in pre-sales.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • Excellent presentation, organization, and time management skills.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
