Lab Stability Analyst

Stability Lab Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the analysis of stability samples in accordance with stability schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform timely analysis of stability samples (accelerated, ongoing, and long-term) to meet the schedule and achieve 100% KPI compliance.
• Conduct analysis of NPI batches, analytical method validation/verification, and testing of reference standards for qualification.
• Prepare stability protocols and reports, receive stability samples, update stability schedules, label samples, and pull stability samples as per schedules.
• Complete and maintain all related documents (worksheets, logbooks, protocols, reports, etc.) in accordance with data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
• Monitor all stability chambers and report any malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Report any OOT (Out of Trend), OOS (Out of Specification), atypical results, events, or deviations promptly.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Provide timely stability data to the Quality Systems department for PPR reports.
• Properly archive stability data and maintain the tracker to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
• Support the Finished Goods Testing department in achieving CTR targets.
• Support audit preparation activities in collaboration with the reporting manager.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Quality, and other relevant policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and legal requirements.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned as needed to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

• M.Sc (Chemistry) / Pharm D
• 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control lab
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Good Manufacturing Practices
