Job Purpose:

Analysis of FG, Validation, Cleaning Validation leading to timely approval of respective products/batches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of Semi-finished / Finished products, for timely approval.
• Perform testing of process validation, cleaning validation, samples of new and existing products.
• To perform verification of balances.
• To maintain reagents according to their Shelf life.
• To ensure proper disposal of waste.
• To ensure cleaning of equipment's, during and after completion of testing.
• To receive the lab samples and maintain record.
• To maintain 5S in lab.
• To maintain proper cleaning of glassware.
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

• M.Sc. (Chemistry) or D. Pharm
• Fresh or 1-2 years of experience in QC lab of pharmaceutical company
• Knowledge of instruments like HPLC, reagents preparation and lab safety
