Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze semi-finished and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Validate analytical methods and processes to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Maintain real-time documentation, including logbooks, sample management, and testing data
  • Ensure lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
  • Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and analytical worksheets
  • Investigate and resolve instrument issues promptly
  • Conduct L1 investigations and ensure timely completion of QMS related actions
  • Review analytical data and perform sign-offs for routine and process validation
  • Maintain samples according to electronic Laboratory Management (eLM) systems and train associates on eLM
  • Train new analysts on quality procedures and protocols
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality, and environmental health and safety policies and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in quality control laboratory settings
