Senior Quality Assurance Manager">

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team in implementing agile testing techniques and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for QA automation, incorporating AI-assisted tools and techniques
  • Lead efficient implementation and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies within the team
  • Oversee planning and execution of the full QA lifecycle and ensure proper test coverage across releases
  • Define and monitor key quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a QA leadership or management role, with a focus on test automation and AI-driven solutions
  • Extensive experience of implementing agile testing techniques and best practices
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing and containerized environments (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools for test automation, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant libraries
  • Strong experience with test management and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, Testrail)
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Mocha
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner)
  • Proven leadership skills in building and nurturing high-performing teams
  • Able to set realistic expectations within the team and across all stakeholders
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certification (in scrum, agile, or agile testing)
