Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients, communicate the value of Get Licensed's solutions, and support onboarding into the corporate portfolio.
  • Convert sales leads into high-value business accounts and contribute to portfolio growth.
  • Re-establish and nurture corporate relationships for long-term growth and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, resolve concerns proactively, and share best practices.
  • Understand client needs to identify product gaps and collaborate on solutions.
  • Deliver tailored training and staffing solutions, manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and share insights with product and operations teams.
  • Enhance communication strategies to anticipate needs and foster relationships.
  • Manage and resolve client issues efficiently to maintain trust.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and account management.
  • A passion for strategic growth and value-driven sales.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional demeanor.
