Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to develop and execute strategies that drive financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate will conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, arrange business meetings with prospective clients, and promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Developing a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Proven working experience as a business developer, sales executive, or a relevant role
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience in customer support is desirable
