Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer oversees the financial strategy, risk management, and administrative operations of the organization. This executive will develop a comprehensive financial plan, aligned with key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Formulate strategic direction and support tactical initiatives.
  2. Develop financial strategies and manage capital requests.
  3. Manage budgeting processes and implement performance measures.
Operational Oversight:
  1. Supervise accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments.
  2. Oversee financial operations of subsidiaries and foreign entities.
  3. Implement operational best practices and supervise acquisition due diligence.
  4. Negotiate acquisitions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Financial Reporting:
  1. Review and approve all financial information issued to stakeholders.
  2. Report financial results to the board of directors.
Risk Management:
  1. Understand and mitigate key risks affecting the organization.
  2. Monitor open legal issues and construct reliable control systems.
  3. Maintain insurance coverage and ensure regulatory compliance.
Relationships and Representation:
  1. Participate in conference calls with investors.
  2. Build banking relationships and represent the organization with investment bankers and investors.
Job Requirements:

Ability to make timely decisions in the best interest of the organization. Willingness to travel as required.
