Sales Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Third Venture Interactive. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Built relationships with clients through visits and sales promotions, resulting in increased revenue and customer loyalty.
  2. Delivered exceptional after-sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-up visits or calls.
  3. Established and led a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary package, including monthly bonuses based on performance and experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Arts (BA), or Commerce (BCOM) or equivalent.
  2. Minimum years of relevant work experience, demonstrating a proven track record in sales and leadership.
  3. Excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills, enabling the ability to convert leads into loyal clients.
  4. Adaptable, flexible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about work, with a passion for achieving results.
  5. Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
