This role presents a unique opportunity to spearhead the digital evolution of services, transforming legacy offerings into cutting-edge platforms that captivate users and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting bold strategies to evolve the digital services portfolio, focusing on user-centricity and performance.
  • Designing and executing monetization models, including subscription, freemium, transactional, and ad-based approaches.
  • Tracking and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, daily active users (DAU), monthly active users (MAU), churn, and engagement.
  • Collaborating with business intelligence (BI), pricing, and data science teams to develop robust forecasting and personalization engines.
  • Transforming legacy value-added services (VAS) into smart, app-based platforms.
  • Creating seamless user journeys powered by design, data, and human insight.
  • Leveraging loyalty and gamification engines to retain users.
  • Owning ad-tech revenue levers while ensuring data privacy compliance.
Deliverables
  • Revenue Growth: Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual digital targets.
  • Digital Shift: Driving the roadmap for transforming legacy services to digital-first offerings.
  • Monetization: Innovating and scaling ad-based and transactional revenue streams.
  • Engagement & Retention: Improving DAU/MAU, reducing churn, and boosting service stickiness.
  • UX Upgrades: Enhancing the user experience through behavioral insights and A/B testing.
  • Partnership Expansion: Unlocking strategic alliances to scale digital products.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Building dashboards, reporting performance, and fueling continuous improvement.
Requirements

A strong candidate will possess a deep understanding of telco services and market dynamics. They must have at least 2 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 1 year managing telecom services or VAS platforms.

Relevant skills include:

  • Strong command of data analytics and reporting, with proficiency in Power BI.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
  • Clear understanding of customer needs and delivering solutions that matter.

PREFERRED qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Digital Marketing Certification.
  • Project Management Certification.
