Job Description

This position involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Your role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill open positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments or tests to evaluate candidates' job-related skills and abilities.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about the application status and provide feedback when necessary.
Requirements

We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of experience in an office setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers are required. Proficiency in spoken and written English is also necessary.

Working Conditions

This position operates in an office environment, requiring the ability to work from our office. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is also required.
